Turkish Technic meets MRO demand with Honeywell APU partnership.
With more than 5,500 staff and facilities which include the recently opened $550m HABOM maintenance and repair center at Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, Turkish Technic is a leading aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company.
As well as providing support for Turkish Airlines' fleet of almost 300 aircraft, its customers include aircraft operators from Asia, the CIS, Europe, the Middle East and Northern Africa. These third-party customers now account for approximately 30% of the company's revenue.
In order to meet the demands of airlines looking for greater efficiency through one-stop maintenance and repair solutions, Turkish Technic became authorized to carry out full-servicing and testing across a range of Honeywell auxiliary power units (APUs).
